The Local Government Unit of Juban through the MunicipalDisaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) headed by Mr. ArveeLodronio and the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) headed by Mrs. Susan Apin provides food assistance to families/close contacts of the town’s active covid-19 cases.

As one measure to contain the resurgence and spread of coronavirus to the community, the close contacts are directed to stay isolated and refrain from unnecessary travel until the containment is lifted.

To ensure the strict implementation of prevention and control protocols,the Municipal Health Office (MHO) headed by Municipal Health Physician Dr. Sophia Bayle, and the contact tracers together with the covid-19 task force regularly monitor the close contacts during of the lockdown/isolation. Since the covid-19 outbreak, LGU-Juban has been an instrument in delivering food & medical support as part of the LGU’s initiative to ensure and secure the welfare of the Jubangnons amidst the ongoing global pandemic
